Brian May, the former Queen guitarist, is leading a new protest against the Government’s plans to kill badgers. The high profile animal welfare campaigner fronted a public rally in Bristol organised by a coalition of charities to show public anger against the badger cull. The Department for the Environment Food and Rural Affairs has given the go-ahead for the cull to stop the spread of bovine tuberculosis.
