A third of Brits have said they would opt for a higher-welfare turkey this Christmas. Research by RSPCA farm animal welfare scheme Freedom Food has revealed that 34% of Brits claimed they would opt for a turkey with a higher-welfare label, and just 10% said they would buy the cheapest, largest bird they could find.
